News: 50 Cent's docuseries focusing on assault allegations against Diddy has been acquired by Netflix.

50 Cent, the American rapper, has sold the distribution rights to a multi-part docuseries about various sexual assault allegations against his colleague Diddy to Netflix. Diddy has been under public scrutiny since last November, facing multiple allegations of sexual assault, including from Cassie Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, who took him to court.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, Diddy’s former producer, also filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, drugging, and threats against him for over a year. In March, the United States Department of Homeland Security raided two properties linked to Diddy.

50 Cent has been critical of Diddy's situation on social media. He recently shared a viral video from March 5, 2016, showing Diddy allegedly assaulting Cassie. In an Instagram post, 50 Cent announced that his project has found a home, confirming Netflix as the winning bidder after a competitive bidding process involving several networks and streaming platforms.

“TMZ used this unflattering picture of me because their doc went to Tubi LOL. It’s okay guys, we're all making good television. Mine just happens to be the best! NETFLIX wins the bidding war but if more victims keep coming out I’m gonna need more episodes,”

he wrote.

The release date and title of the docuseries have not been announced yet.
