APPOINTMENT OF NEW 14 CMD AND MDs IN THE HEALTH SECTOR

Appointment of 14 chief medical directors (CMDs) and medical directors (MDs) in federal teaching hospitals, federal medical centres and specialty hospitals in the country by the current  acting President Yemi Osinbajo has received applause from various expert in the country.
Speaking on the approval of the new appointee, Anthony Omolola, chairman of NHEA Advisory Board, says the appointment is a very good one, he also said that the approval of the CMDs and MDs will confirm authority and substantives more responsibility. “It going to boost their goals  to have a tenure spelt out with structured plans for a proper agenda and a goal attainable service.
