In a recent interview, the singer noted a shift in the significance of having an American performer on an Afrobeat track, stating that it's now more important for American artists to collaborate with Afrobeat artists. 

 

Davido emphasized that aside from Chris Brown, he has no plans to pursue further American collaborations.

Furthermore, Davido shared Rihanna's praise for his song "Unavailable" as her favorite, fueling his anticipation for a collaboration with her.
