A resurfaced throwback post reveals a heated exchange between Nigerian singer Davido and Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie and her husband, Prince Odi Okojie. The exchange stemmed from Davido's accusation of the couple harboring "evil" traits. 

 

It began when Eniola Badmus congratulated Mercy Johnson on the birth of her fourth child, prompting Davido to express his grievances against the couple. Davido cited their alleged wickedness and begrudgingly extended his congratulations. 

 

When asked about his comment, Davido bluntly labeled them as "evil," sparking curiosity about the underlying feud. The animosity reportedly originated from Davido's failure to attend the grand opening of the Okojies’ luxury hotel venture, Henod Luxury Hotels, despite announcing his presence on Instagram. 

 

Allegations of breach of agreement led to legal action by the Okojies against Davido. Netizens expressed various reactions to the incident, with some criticizing Davido's remark and others noting his uncompromising attitude.
